| How Long will it take to get my order? |
| Delivery time depends mainly on the method of shipment you choose. Our
merchants only use reliable and proven carriers such as USPS, UPS, Fedex, Airborne Express. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 5-10 days for Regular
Delivery, 3-7 days for Priority Delivery, 2 days for 2nd Day Delivery, and
1 day for Overnight Delivery. |

| What are your shipping cost & options? |
Shipping Charges are per Merchant. While most Merchants use our suggested shipping
rates, there are a few who offer great bargains and prefer to charge their own shipping
rates. Sometimes this is less than our suggested rate, sometimes this is more.
Below is our suggested shipping charges for each separate delivery destination in the US:
Orders are subject to sales tax depending on location of merchant.

| How can I check my Order Status? |
| Click on My Account at the top of the page and then select Check Orders. Here you can view status information concerning your current and previous orders. Once an order is being processed by our merchant, you will be provided with contact information and the order status can be checked with that merchant. |

| Which payment options are available? |
| We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We have taken extra measures to ensure your personal information is kept confidential and safe. We use Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) that protects your information while you place an order or access your account. We have also implemented a variety of safeguards to ensure your data is safe, please consult our Privacy Policy for more information. |

| Can I cancel my order? |
| We pride ourselves in processing orders as quick as possible. However, your can send an email to Customer Service and we'll try to intercept the order if it hasn't been shipped yet. If you've been contacted by our merchant, this means they have your order and you should contact them directly. |

| What is your Return/Exchange Policy? |
| Most of our merchants allow you to return merchandise for a refund or replacement. If this is not the case, it will be stated so on the individual product page. Please contact the shipping merchant directly regarding Returns and Exchanges. |

| We currently only ship to and accept orders from the US. This includes the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii and Alaska. |
